When a biohazard situation arises at your Ojai home or property, you need a team that genuinely understands what your family is going through. One Touch Bio Cleaning provides certified, compassionate remediation so you can focus on what matters most.
We know that dealing with a biohazard situation in your home is one of the most stressful experiences a family can face. That is why everything we do is designed to make the process easier, faster, and less burdensome for you.
Every product and procedure we use has been verified against regulatory standards. We document our process so you have a record of exactly what was done and to what standard.
Our technicians are trained not just in remediation techniques but in how to interact respectfully with families going through a difficult moment. We move at your pace, explain every step, and never rush you through a situation that deserves careful, considerate handling.
We treat your furniture, flooring, and personal items with the same respect we would want for our own homes. Items that can be saved are documented and protected. When removal is necessary, we explain why and handle it with proper waste management protocols.
We believe the Ojai families we serve deserve to know exactly what is happening in their homes. Before we begin, we explain our assessment findings, the scope of work required, and the expected timeline. As work progresses, we keep you informed -- and when it is done, we walk you through the results in person.
Our service lineup covers every aspect of residential biohazard remediation, ensuring that no contamination is missed and no step in the recovery process is skipped.
Our certified technicians conduct a thorough walkthrough of your Ojai property to identify all areas of contamination, assess the scope of remediation required, and develop a precise, room-by-room action plan before any work begins.
All biohazardous materials -- whether fluids, solids, or soft goods -- are carefully removed from your home using proper containment techniques to prevent cross-contamination and protect your family's health during the removal process.
Hard surfaces, subflooring, walls, and all affected areas are treated with EPA-registered disinfectants designed to neutralize bloodborne pathogens, bacteria, and other biological contaminants present in the contaminated zone.
Biohazard situations often affect air quality in addition to surfaces. We deploy industrial HEPA filtration and targeted treatment methods to clear airborne contaminants and eliminate odors at their biological source -- not just mask them.
Every member of our team works in full personal protective equipment throughout your job, and our stringent PPE protocols protect not only our technicians but also prevent the spread of contaminants to unaffected areas of your home during cleanup.
All biohazardous waste removed from your Ojai property is transported and disposed of in full compliance with state and federal regulations. We provide complete documentation of every waste manifest for your records and insurance purposes.
We follow a clear, consistent process on every job so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
You call us, we answer -- any hour of the day or night. We gather details about your situation, explain your options, and schedule arrival as quickly as possible for your Ojai location.
Our technicians arrive at your Ojai property, conduct a thorough assessment of all affected areas, and present you with a clear, written scope of work before any cleaning begins.
Using certified protocols and professional-grade equipment, our team removes all biohazardous materials and thoroughly decontaminates every affected surface in your home.
Before we leave your Ojai property, we verify the effectiveness of remediation through post-cleanup evaluation, walk you through the completed work, and provide documentation confirming your home is safe.
